Uubra ba ang ‘conscience vote’ sa impeachment trial? 

Meron ba kayong balak na ano parang i-fine tune o palitan doon sa mga doun sa existing na impeachment rules ninyo diyan po sa senado? Sa ngayon wala. Once a senator stands up for as residing officer I will to tackle motion we have to we have to act withpatch on the motion on any motion for that matter unless there is a motion which is higher precedence then we take up the especially if you recall what I did merong motion to dismiss Mm.

Pero tinira ko ng motion to archive. Oo. Hindi ba? Hindi pala to archive. Motion to table. To table ba ginawa ko motion to table. That is a very high precedence over motion even motion to dismiss mataas ang motion ang mataas ang precedence ng motion to table. Kaya hindi namin mabutuhan yung dismiss motion to dismiss niya eh nung isang senador eh.

You know they can always ika nga eh um you know sometimes you know um loyalty or friendship or things like that sometimes uh in the Senate that is of of no moment.
